Can be a bit messy but works the best so far

This stuff matches well with most ceiling tiles, you will need to put something down on the floor or cover whats beneath as it will spray and stuff will float down and stick. may take a few applications depending on how much you are trying to cover up. I will say its a bit messy and pretty expensive hence the 4 stars but this is the best ive used so far to avoid replacing the tile
